The Natural Hazards Portal provides comprehensive information on various natural hazards, including current warnings for impending events, assessments of the general hazard and risk situation at your location, recommendations on how to protect yourself from a natural hazard and what to do during and after such an event. In the section below, you can find helpful background information on the various parts of the Natural Hazards Portal.
The Current Warnings section gives an overview of the current natural hazards situation in Germany. You will see what warnings are currently in place, including civil protection alerts, advance warnings as well as notices issued regarding imminent or ongoing severe natural hazards.
